Cancellation Policy

Uh oh, can't make your appointment?

  I understand that life happens! If you can't make your appointment, please be sure to cancel within 24 hours of your service time. Failure to notify me of the cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $25 rebooking fee. This just simply means that to rebook your new appointment you'll be required to pay a $25 deposit. This is ONLY if you miss the 24 hour cancellation window.

  You will receive a text message with a confirmation link. If you do not confirm within 24 hours before your appointment the appointment will be automatically canceled.

  I understand that real life issues can happen in an instant, and I will work with you as best I can! This policy is implemented to ensure the number of no contact, no show clients will be kept to a minimum.
